On Sat Oct 18, Jamie will be at the "Last Chance to Camp and Dance Festival" in Kirkersville Ohio outside of Columbus. Like the Workshop Presentation that he gave at UVM's Living and Learning Center in February, he will discuss his mission as a musician, how his career got started and his approach to playing, composing and improvising as well as performing solo and question and answer. As a special addition he will also perform on the Main Stage with longtime music cohort, acoustic guitarist, Doug Perkins (from Smokin Grass). The two have played extensively together in the northeast for 15 years and are two thirds of the group Grappa Boom (minus Mike Gordon). Look forward to a ripping acoustic set of jazz and bluegrass!
