JMP - TO FLORIDA AND BACK - FALL TOUR 2004

The Jazz Mandolin Project is proud to announce it's next 3 week tour down the east coast, to the tip of Florida and back! Hot off the legs of the "Cajon" tour, JMP continues the tradition of Lojo Lima by combining yet another unique style of music into the mix of genres that JMP blends with the mandolin. You will see the Cajon again on this tour that starts in Albany, NY and ends with 5 shows in the Sunshine State. But, just days later, the band is back with a special weekend in the Northeast. Friday, October 15th JMP is back in the home state of Vermont (first JMP play in Vermont in 8 months!) at the new Eclipse Theater in Waitsfield, then on Saturday, October 16th at one of our old favorites - The Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton, MA, and then Sunday, October 17th JMP returns triumphantly to Worcester, MA at Clark University to wrap up the weekend. This tour looks to be a great run of music in some of our favorite towns in the country, please come out and support live music - in the form of: Jamie Masefield on mandolins, Michael "Mad Dog Mavridoglou on trumpet and keyboards, Mark Guiliana on drums and percussion, and Scott Ritchie on upright bass and effects. Check the show dates page for complete info - and please, call before you haul!
