JMP JOINS BOB WEIR'S RATDOG FOR NORTHEASTERN MARCH TOUR
In March, JMP joins forces with Bob Weir's RatDog for an Northeast swing that will take the band through the heart of JMP territory including a special homecoming show in Burlington, VT. Don't miss these great evenings of music. The band will include veterans Greg Gonzalez on drums and percussion, Chris Dahlgren on bass (back from Germany for one month), Mike "Mad Dog" Mavridoglou on trumpet and keys, and of course Jamie on mandolins.
After a very successful February tour, the team is developing some exciting new lines of merchandise that will be available in April. Get ready for some cool stuff!
Also in March, Jamie will be doing a three week residency in Waitsfield, VT with long time cohort, Doug Perkins (guitar) at the Eclipse Theater and Starlight Lounge on three consecutive Thursdays - March 11, 18 and 25. This is a chance to catch Masefield up close and personal performing ripping versions of bluegrass and jazz standards as well as crafting original tunes that eventually make it to the stage of JMP concerts.
Get ready to hear Jamie's Led Zeppelin medley of "Going to California" and "What Is And What Should Never Be".
Check the "Show Dates" page above to see where Jamie and his bands will be performing.
